Aadi Pooram is a special day observed to celebrate Goddess Shakti to bestow her divine blessings to her devotees. This also signifies the day Goddess Parvathi attained puberty. At this Temple, a special Homa is performed for Goddess Rajarajeswary Amman in the Morning. In the evening, a special pooja with puberty ceremony is performed for Goddess Rajarajeswary Amman followed by a procession inside and outside the temple. Devotees can sponsor the morning Homa and evening Special Pooja. An Ashdodhranama Kunkuma Archanai is performed during the evening Vasantha Mandapam pooja.
