Request for Cultural Centre Usage 1/A/21

Requests for Cultural Centre Usage can be made online or in-person at the temple. Once an MGSA administrator confirms availability and approval, a payment link will be sent to complete the booking. By logging in to your account MGSA members can conveniently request their desired rental online. If you are not a member yet, we encourage you to register today to make your request.

Note: Only spiritual events are allowed. Kitchen usage is not included. After the event is over, the Hall should be cleaned and furniture arranged with the same layout as found. If the hall is decorated for the event, it must be removed after the event is over.

By checking this box I do hereby affirm that I have read and fully understand the responsibilities and regulations in the Cultural Centre Hall User Agreement, and do hereby agree to comply with the fore mentioned, and that I am under full understanding that this contract can be terminated and the security deposit is withheld by the Owner if it is found that I or my guests are acting contrary to the regulations or responsibilities herein contained.
